Lake Clark Wellness Center

Since 2016, Southcentral Foundation has provided direct health care services on behalf of Port Alsworth, ensuring high-quality services and family wellness for everyone at any stage of life. Services are available to all members of these communities on a sliding scale based on household income and size. The Lake Clark Wellness Center team works in partnership with you to ensure you receive the necessary tools, support, and resources to make health-related decisions for your specific health needs.
