Adult Outpatient Services

Southcentral Foundation’s Adult Outpatient Services is committed to supporting your journey toward mental and emotional wellness. Our aim is to assist every customer-owner in gaining a deeper understanding of their thoughts and behaviors, ultimately enhancing their overall function and well-being.

Through SCF’s counseling programs, individuals are equipped with the necessary tools to effectively manage stress, interpersonal conflicts, and other difficult situations. Our commitment to quality mental health care and focus on self-sufficiency is integral to achieving this goal.

Case management

Connecting customer-owners with community resources.

Psychotherapy

Processing events, trauma, and circumstances affecting daily living.

Group, individual, family, and couples.

Psychological testing

Observe and measure customer-owner’s behavior to diagnose and guide treatment.

Eligibility

Services are available to all Municipality of Anchorage residents, ages 18 and older. This includes Alaska Native, American Indian, and non-Native individuals.

SCF accepts Indian Health Service, Medicaid, Medicare, and other third-party insurance.  Also offers a sliding scale fee for all customers.
