Did you know customer-owners can connect with registered dietitians at regularly scheduled appointments?
In recognition of National Nutrition Month, Southcentral Foundation encourages you to connect with a dietitian during your next primary care appointment. Dietitians are members of your integrated care team. Whatever phase of life you are in, a dietitian can support your personal nutrition and lifestyle goals.

Benteh Nuutah Four Directions
Benteh Nuutah Four Directions Outpatient Treatment Center is a program that offers integrated substance use and behavioral health services for individuals and families struggling with addiction in their lives. Located in Wasilla, this program is open to all members of the community, ages 18 and older.
Each person is supported by a team of professionals who assist individuals and families to take control of their mental health and substance use challenges. The integrated care teams partner together with individuals to develop a customized plan to help them walk a healthier path in life.
Support is available. Recovery is possible for everyone.
Indian Creek Health Clinic
In partnership with the Native Community of Tyonek, Southcentral Foundation manages health care services at the Indian Creek Health Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center. The clinic team provides high-quality services for everyone in the community, at any stage of life, and collaborates to ensure the tools, support, and resources are available to make informed health and wellness-related decisions.
