Eklutna Community Clinic
In partnership with the Native Village of Eklutna Tribal Council, Southcentral Foundation manages health care services for the communities along the Glenn Highway from Eagle River to Palmer. The Eklutna Community Clinic offers high-quality services that support family wellness at every stage of life. Services are available to all members of these communities.

New Generations Initiative
Southcentral Foundation’s New Generations Initiative promotes the wellness of Alaska Native and American Indian children from birth to early childhood by supporting physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral aspects of development. In alignment with SCF’s commitment to family wellness, the New Generations Initiative focuses on wellness promotion and prevention strategies to support families, birth, parenting, and childhood development.

Tribally-Sponsored Health Insurance Program
Health insurance coverage gives families options when it comes to their health and well-being.
Many medical needs are met using Indian Health Service, but third-party health insurance coverage for you and your family includes added benefits that prevent out-of-pocket expenses. For 10 years, the Tribally-Sponsored Health Insurance Program, supported by the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium, has assisted individuals and families with obtaining health coverage when other options are not available to them.
