The Southcentral Foundation Alaska Native Health Resource Advocate Program has concluded operations, however; resources and support continue to be available.

Customer-owners in the SCF Anchorage Service Unit may continue to receive support by contacting their primary care team to connect with a community resource specialist or calling their local providers at the contact information here.

Customer-owners living outside Alaska should connect with their local government, Tribal health organization, urban Indian health organization, or dial 211 for assistance with community resources.
